The vast majority of the items in my shop are handmade one jump ring at a time, by me. I do receive more orders on a daily basis than I am physically able to create. This means that your order will be 'queued up' until I am able to make it. Be assured, I work very hard to keep my processing times well under one week. Please note the processing times listed for each item. Processing time does NOT include shipping time.
In all fairness to my customers, I do NOT offer 'rush processing'. If you need your order by a certain deadline, you MUST contact me prior to ordering to inquire if I am able to accomodate.

Import duties, taxes and other customs-related charges (VAT) are NOT included in the item price or shipping price. Items are declared as 'MERCHANDISE' and valued at retail price.
USPS First Class International Mail: 2-4 weeks transit time (can take longer). Tracking is NOT available for this option. I CANNOT LOCATE YOUR PACKAGE IF IT IS LOST.
Please note that items can be held in customs up to 45 days for no reason and with no notification

Can my jewelry be worn 24/7

Items listed as 24/7 WEAR, are made with materials that will experience minimal degradation (if any) over time with daily wear. There is always the possibility of structural damage if items are worn while sleeping or during physical/athletic activities, please wear responsibly.
Nickel plated items such as padlocks will degrade over time if worn 24/7, and will need to be replaced every so often. I am not responsible for this occurance, as it is just the nature of nickel plating.
THIS IS IMPORTANT!! Please take an accurate measurement, DO NOT GUESS. Sizing instructions are explained in the individual item listings. Please read the item listing completely. If you have questions, please ask.
If a sizing adjustment can be made, all additional shipping fees and materials costs will be the buyers responsibility.
Basic care instructions: Stainless steel and anodized aluminum require little care and can be cleaned with soap and water as needed. Sterling silver can be cleaned with a commercial (sterling silver safe) jewelry cleaner as needed.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Outer packaging is plain bubble mailers or USPS branded boxes (very discreet).
I keep packaging very simple. Items are sent in a gift box with with a stretch loop bow.
Can my collars be used for bondage/restraint?
NO. I make DAY collars and jewelry, NOT bondage/play gear. My items are intended to be worn as symbolic jewelry, never for play. I will not repair, refund or exchange items that have been damaged by 'play'.
Do you accept returns?
No, due to the custom nature of my products, all sales are final. If I make a mistake on your order, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will take care of any mistakes made on my part.
