Policies

These are my shop policies. By placing an order with my shop you are agreeing to the terms of these policies.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges:

All sales are final. Due to the nature and customization of my products, I do not give refunds, accept returns or make exchanges, except in the following situations:

  • I made a mistake or the item is defective. Please contact me within 72 hours of receiving the product to discuss a resolution.
  • customer ordered the wrong size/does not fit: please contact me asap to work out the details for returning the item for an alteration. All shipping and any additonal labor/materials will be the customers resposibility

Shipping:

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail service, unless a USPS Priority Mail upgrade is purchased. The item price does include USPS first class shipping with tracking, and items are sent in a gift box ready for gift giving. All outer packaging is discreet- plain bubble mailers or USPS branded boxes. Once the package is in USPS possession, I am not responsible for delays or loss during transit. Please contact your local post office before contacting me if a hiccup should occur during the shipping process. 

Payment:

I use PayPal as my payment processor, so I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. I never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells me that you've paid and I ship you your stuff. I get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
