How can I pay?

I use PayPal as my payment processor, so I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. I never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells me that you've paid and I ship you your stuff. I get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

How will my package ship?

US CUSTOMERS: Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail service. US customers may purchase a Priority Mail upgrade. The item price does include USPS first class shipping with tracking, and items are sent in a gift box ready for gift giving. All outer packaging is discreet- plain bubble mailers or USPS branded boxes.

  • USPS First Class Mail service: 2-5 busniness days in transit
  • USPS Priority Mail service: 2-3 business days in transit

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail service. I do not offer any other service for international mail.  International customers are responsible for any and all VAT/customs fees that may be due at time of delivery. Please note that shipments may be delayed at customs, I have no control over this. items are sent in a gift box ready for gift giving. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

US CUSTOMERS: Please allow 7-10 buisness days from the date of payment received to receive your order. Most of the items are handmade by me, to your specifications. Depending on my order load at the time I receive payment, it may take a couple of days for me to begin production on your order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (select countries):  Please allow 2-4 WEEKS from the date of payment received to receive your order. Most of the items are handmade by me, to your specifications. Depending on my order load at the time I receive payment, it may take a couple of days for me to begin production on your order and shipping overseas can take a few weeks.

What is your return policy?

My items are handmade to order, to your specifications. These items are considered custom made and as such, I do abide by an 'all sales are final' policy. Unless of course I were to make a mistake or the item is defective. In that case, please contact me to discuss a resolution. 

Does your jewelry contain nickel?

This depends on the materials that are used in making the item. I do not claim that my items are hypoallergenic. All stainless steel contains a small amount of nickel, but is usually not a problem, even for those with mild to moderate nickel allergies. My anodized aluminum and sterling silver does NOT contain nickel. Please read the item descriptions for detailed information on the materials used for that particular product. Are your products tug/bondage proof?

No, my products are striclty ornamental and should never be used in play situations or for restraint. 

What are your customer service hours?

I am a wife, a mother and a small online business owner. I do not own a physical shop. While I am typically working on making orders all seven days of the week, I do try to keep my customer service hours limited to daytime business hours. This means that I may not return messages that I receive during the evenings, weekends, or holidays until the following business day.
